Beth facilitates conflict transformation within families and organizations. Providing meditation, coaching, consulting and training since 1996, Beth holds a Master of Arts degree in Conflict Resolution from the McGregor School of Antioch University. She is an Advanced Practitioner member of the Association of Conflict Resolution, an accredited member of the NYS Council on Divorce Mediation, and a member of the Collaborative Law Association of the Rochester Area. She serves on the advisory board of the parent education program, Assisting Children through Transition.

Bobbie is the president of The Mediation Center, Inc., a collaborative of conflict resolution professionals. She works as a mediator, trainer and conflict resolution consultant in the area of interpersonal and organizational conflict. Beth is an Advanced Practitioner member of the Association of Conflict Resolution, an accredited member of the NYS Council on Divorce Mediation, and is completing her Master of Science in Conflict Analysis and Resolution through Nova Southeastern University.

Gail has over 30 years of professional experience in mediation, facilitation, advocacy, human rights, and counseling as well as in child advocacy in the courts and in executive leadership for social service agencies. She is a member of the Association of Conflict Resolution, the NYS Council on Divorce Mediation, and the Rochester Association of Family Mediators and is on the Board of Partners in Restorative Initiatives. Gail is a trained mediator and the founder of Clarity Communications.

BJ brings 30 years of business and community leadership to her practice of mediation. She is an Advanced Practitioner member of the Association of Conflict Resolution’s Family and Spirituality sections, a member of the Rochester Association of Family Mediators, and a member of the Collaborative Law Association of the Rochester Area. She is a board member of the NYS Council on Divorce Mediation and the Global Negotiation Insight Institute. BJ is an instructor and teaches courses on “Divorce 101,” conflict management, non-violent communication, and mediation.
